Women often tell me that they are confused with women, and they are unsure what a man is really looking for. But do you know that men are not much different from women?

Men, like women, like to fantasize about being with movie stars, and are attracted to beauty, intelligence and a sense of humor. However, there are some characteristics which top the checklist for men, for their ideal woman.

If you ask one hundred men what is the top quality they would want in a woman, I am sure that ninety-five percent will probably say, a woman who is pretty or beautiful.

I hate to say this, but it is true. Most men are suckers for a beautiful woman. You may not want to hear this, but as long as a man feels that you are not pretty enough for him, you may not even get noticed. To him, you may just be invisible. In this case, he will not be attracted to you.

Women may wonder why men are so shallow creatures, and that looks could matter so much. Is a man going to ditch a woman, if the woman loses her beauty or when she has aged?

Well, beauty differs for every man. It may not be just pure looks. Men do not necessarily be looking for a model as a partner, but I am pretty sure that men do not want a woman who is obese. What men want is a woman who cares about her own appearance. What men want is a woman who looks good. Although this is shallow, this is a true fact.

Of course, in addition to looks, what men want is a woman who can be his wife. This means that men also look for women with a gentle and kind heart, as these are the qualities that make a woman a great mother. A feminine girl can drive a guy crazy.

Men do not like women who behave like men, and especially angry women who shout. Well, you may think that there is a trend now, that women that act like men are the modern age women. But I have to let you know that I personally do not know many guys who like aping men.

Many women nowadays like to burp and drink lots of alcohol, but that does not make the women attractive. These women are often seen as one-night-stand women, and not for long-term relationship. Men need a woman who is different from his male buddies. If a woman is the same as his male buddy, then why does he need a woman?

What is true is that the modern man is increasingly struggling to find his place to be superior to a woman in the world. As such, what a man needs is more obvious than before. What men want is a pretty woman who can listen to him, and gives him support and care. He wants a woman whom he can have fun, share his life and ultimately settle down.
